Search Queries
A name or location entered into a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies the result under its own terms. Gosper County Criminal History does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to the site may be retained long enough to answer and maintain a record of the exchange. It is not shared beyond the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Gosper County Criminal History does not maintain, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes general directions to the Gosper County Sheriff, the courts, the Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division, and the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry. The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party criminal history files.

Outside companies power the search boxes. A query submitted through one of those tools is governed by that provider's privacy policy, retention terms, and sharing practices. Review those terms before sending any information because this policy does not control the provider's processing.

Links may lead to the Gosper County government, Nebraska courts, state agencies, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor follows an external link, the destination's policy governs the visit. Read it before providing personal data.
